Love at First Fight is a PRE-ORDER zine. By purchasing Love at First Fight and any of its offered products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:SHIPPING DETAILS:1. Shipping rates are based in the US. Estimated time of arrival will depend on the US postal service, as well as your local postal regulations and restrictions. The Love at First Fight Zine Team is not responsible for delays in delivery after products have been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent to the buyers.

2. If the buyer's shipping address changes at any time before products have been shipped, please contact the Love at First Fight Zine Team immediately. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out to Love at First Fight so we may better assist you.3. International orders may not receive a full tracking number. You may receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped, as well as a confirmation upon delivery. However, there may be no updates between those notifications, so please check your mail frequently for delivery.4. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. As such, an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.5. Love at First Fight is a PRE-ORDER zine. All items will be shipped after the production and packaging periods have been completed. Due to the current gobal paper shortage, production delays may occur depending on the manufacturer's situation. This may take anywhere between 3-6 months. This includes the distribution of all digital content.6. Love at First Fight is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes applied at the check-out stage or upon arrival within designated countries. International customers will be liable for any customs charges that may occur. We will not be providing refunds for undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges.7. Any country under US sanctions is not eligible to receive goods from this project.PRODUCT DELIVERY DETAILS:1. Issues pertaining to the downloading of digital Love at First Fight products will be resolved by the Team. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email address when reaching out so we may better assist you.2. Updates regarding production, packaging, and shipping phases will be posted on the zine’s Twitter account. Please follow the account to remain up-to-date on the latest information. Delays, complications, and other events will be relayed to customers through this platform.3. An update announcing Love at First Fight's completion will be posted on the zine's Twitter account. If you have not received your product after 14 days, please email the zine account at: [email protected], DM us on Twitter, or contact one of the moderators directly. Please follow the account to remain up-to-date on the latest information. Substantial delays to alerting a member of the team will result in delays to our ability to respond and assist.ZINE PACKAGING:1. All physical products will be shipped out in a secure manner to ensure safe delivery.2. While Moderators ensure that the utmost care is taken when packaging your zine, Moderators are not liable for any damage that might occur to your package during shipping.MERCH GRADE QUALITY:1. A-Grade Items: A-Grade Items were determined to have no noticeable defects during the quality check phase.2. B-Grade Items: B-Grade Items may have slight damages that may not be immediately noticeable including but not limited to wear and tear, mildly scratched surfaces, misprints, color defects, etc.3. C-Grade Items: C-Grade Items have very noticeable damages including but not limited to wear and tear, cracks, chipped sides, ripped edges, scratched surfaces, color defects, misprints, etc.4. All Love at First Fight products will be inspected upon arrival and separated into Grades: A, B, and C, depending on any defects before being shipped out. Only Grade A products will be shipped for any order placed during the PRE-ORDER phase. Grade B and C products may be made available for later purchase. All defects will be listed in the product description.5. Refunds will not be offered for defects on Grade B or C products.REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:1. Since Love at First Fight is a PRE-ORDER zine, replacement packages will not be guaranteed. Supply is ordered according to immediate demand.2. In the event a product arrives damaged and the Love at First Fight Zine Team agrees to replace the product, we may request the return of said damaged products before replacement products can be supplemented.3. We will not offer refunds for the following:
• Products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or point of delivery.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
• Buyer changes their shipping address and neglects to inform the Love at First Fight Zine Team before shipments have begun.
• Undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges.
• Undelivered items that are confiscated in violation of customs or importation laws.FEES AND LIABILITIES:1. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, custom fees, shipping fees, etc. at the check-out stage, upon arrival within designated countries, or at any other time.2. If the buyer refuses to pay the aforementioned fees, the Love at First Fight Zine Team will not offer full refunds or replacement packages.3. The Love at First Fight Zine Team will not be held accountable for any repercussions caused by neglecting to follow purchaser guidelines listed on the store’s terms of service page.DISCLAIMERS:The Love at First Fight Mod Team is unable to field-test the functionality of physical products before shipping them out. We will inspect products for physical damages including but not limited to: cosmetic damages, scratches, misprints, chips, cracks, discolorations.
